| Comments: | I graduated from Georgia Southern University and moved to Nashville, TN in 1994 to pursue a career in the Country Music Industry. Since arriving I've had songs recorded by Brooks and Dunn, Jeff Bates, Rhett Akins, Josh Turner, Tim McGraw, Montgomery/Gentry, Trace Adkins, Blake Shelton, Billy Currington,Rodney Adkins, Joe Nichols and Willie Nelson to name a few. My first top ten song was "Long, Slow Kisses" by Jeff Bates. I also had two top fives, one with Brooks & Dunn(Put A Girl In It) and one with Blake Shelton(I'll Just Hold On). To date I've had 4 #1 songs(Gimmie That Girl by Joe Nichols, "All About Tonight" and "Honey Bee" by Blake Shelton, and "All Over Me" by Josh Turner). I met my wife Melissa here in Nashville and she's also from Ga. by the way of Valdosta. All of my free time is spent coaching my three boys in baseball, football and basketball. God has definately been good to me. |
